Mary Eisenstein is principal and senior trainer of Melmar Enterprises. Eisenstein is a business strategist, conflict management consultant and mediator who works with individuals, companies and organizations to improve interpersonal and organizational communication and to develop the ability for these parties to manage conflict and collaborate most effectively. She also provides business and personal coaching and is an effective motivator.
